Report Cards are provided for all public, charter, and alternative schools in operation during current school year.
The School Performance Grades are based 80 percent on our school's achievement score (student proficiency) and 20 percent on students' academic growth. At Thomas Academy, our achievement score is based on how well our students performed on: Grades 6-8 Mathematics, Grades 6-8 English Language Arts/Reading, Grade 8 Science, Math I, English II, and Biology.

Alternative Accountability Schools -- Thomas Academy was approved to participate in the North Carolina Alternative Schools' Accountability Model (ASAM). For this reason, School Performance Grades are not available in this report. For more information about the ASAM, please see the Alternative Schools' Modified Accountability System Manual here.
Please Note: The school name changed from Flemington Academy to Thomas Academy in December 2016. Report card data prior to that date will be listed under Flemington Academy.
